Join me for a 60 minute Chakra Healing Sound Bath at Ruby Room in Wicker Park most Saturday mornings from 10:30am - 11:30am! Working with the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, this class will support you in healing and aligning your chakras to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Come unwind and reset with us!
Join me for a Sound Bath at Reggie's on the Beach on 9/15/24
Join us at Reggies on the Beach (63rd St Beach) for a morning of yoga + a sound bath followed by drinks on the deck. Hang out on the deck after the class for a complimentary drink. Lunch menu will be available too. All skill levels welcome. Please bring your own mat!
