A little about my story...
I started on my spiritual path after experiencing deep burnout from the corporate world. I was a stressed, anxious, and overworked marketing professional living a very fast-paced lifestyle that left me emotionally drained and disconnected. I often cried on the way to work and numbed myself with wine and Netflix at night. My nervous system was dysregulated and I was living completely on autopilot – just going through the motions each day to get by.
Everything changed when I discovered yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing. These practices opened the door for me to begin my healing journey and find deeper meaning and connection to life. So I began investing in myself, continuing my education, and healing both physically and mentally. Eventually, I left my soul-sucking corporate career to pursue my passions full-time. It is truly my greatest honor to be able to share this work with you!
Throughout my personal healing journey, I have experienced profound transformation by embracing a slower, more intentional way of living, and cultivating a deep connection with nature and the ocean.
My passion now lies in helping busy women who struggle to feel grounded and connected to themselves amidst the demands of their lives, find peace and balance through nature, sound healing, meditation, and other holistic modalities.
In a world that often glorifies constant hustle, my mission is to inspire you to reconnect with nature and shift towards a slower, more conscious, and deliberate way of living – helping you to cultivate greater clarity, peace, and fulfillment in all aspects of your life.
I created The Blissful Soul community to help provide a safe and nurturing space where we can come together to learn, grow, heal, and support each other on our journeys toward holistic well-being.

Over the past several years, I have had the opportunity to lead sound bath and meditation classes for thousands of people across the world, including employees at renowned companies like Salesforce, McDonald's, Bank of America, and TikTok. My approach combines the healing power of sound vibrations with mindfulness techniques to create a unique and transformative experience for my clients.
When you attend a sound bath, I will guide you through a journey of self-discovery by helping you tap into your inner wisdom and find peace and balance within.
During my sessions I use various techniques, such as mindfulness and breathwork, to help you relax and bring you back into a state of balance and harmony. I will also help guide you to set intentions, and to identify and release any blocks that may be preventing you from achieving your fullest potential!
By the end of the session, you will be left feeling rejuvenated and at peace. My sound baths are perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and acceptance.
